Refunds are only available in cases where the product has been damaged during transit. We do not offer refunds for:
- Products that are not to your taste or preference.
- Products that have been opened, consumed or are partially used.
- Issues reported after 2 hours of receiving the order.

- Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: Typically, delivery will be completed within 1-2 business days from the order confirmation date.
- Express Delivery: For urgent requests, please select our express delivery option at checkout. Express deliveries usually arrive within the same business day.
Note: Delivery times may vary based on the specific location, weather conditions, and other unforeseen factors.
4. Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping Fee: Rs 50/- for orders below Rs 950/-.
- Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over Rs 950/-.
- Express Shipping Fee: Rs. 150/- (This fee is applicable for express delivery requests).
5. Packaging
Our dips and chips are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit. We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible to protect the environment.
6. Delivery Issues
If there are any issues with your delivery, such as a missing item or damaged products, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
